San Felice Monocultivar Oil is obtained from selected 100% San Felice olives hand-picked from ancient trees in the first days of October. This ancient cultivar gives this oil an intoxicating scent, accompanied by an explosion of hints on the palate typical of this variety. The aromatic complexity and the harmony of bitter and spicy make it a unique oil of its kind.errain coupled with our varieties of olives confer an elegant aroma to this oil.

It's a extra virgin olive oil, made of selected olives from secular San Felice olive trees, grown up at 500 meters height above sea level, and cultivated according to peasant tradition of Giano dell'Umbria. Olives are harvested manually the first days of October and they are pressed in registred mills thanks to a refrigeration process, within 12 hours after the harvest. This process made an unique smell of our Monocultivar oil. Rich of aromatic charges, stood up fragrances of grass, artichoke, cardoon and almond.
At the roof of the mouth it results light, with delightful fragrances of grass, and equilibrated notes of spicy and butter, which complete the uniqueness of our extra virgin olive oil Monocultivar San Felice.
The format of the oil can is perfect for storing the oil stock in your kitchen or warehouse.
