L'Moraiolo monocultivar extra virgin olive oil is extracted from 100% Moraiolo selected olives harvested exclusively by hand from our plants in October.
The rich polyphenol content of this cultivar it is transferred to this oil thanks to careful cold processing only within 12 hours of harvesting, thus obtaining an intense fruitiness, with a unique freshness.
