It's a Extra virgin olive oil "DOP Umbria Colli Martani", obtained from selected olives , harvested by hand picking, in October, exclusively in the olive groves owned by the Montefalco hills, slightly earlier than the right degree of ripeness. This makes theoilof an intense green, enhancing its organoleptic characteristics to the maximum. The plants of Moraiolo, Crusher and Leccino di Montefalco and produce high quality olives, which, harvested and pressed within 12 hours, give this oil a persistent aromatic charge. On the palate it is elegant and complex with balanced bitter and spicy tones. The nose is fresh, enveloping, rich in notes of artichoke, almond and chicory and with hints of mint and rosemary.
