

Moraiolo Monocultivar oil is obtained from selected 100% Moraiolo olives hand picked slightly earlier than the right degree of ripeness, to allow to express its extraordinary intensity, thus giving life to an extra virgin olive oil with an unmistakable fragrance. A decisive charge of bitter and spicy, with enveloping notes of olive, herbaceous and artichoke, give it a unique elegance.
Bottle Format.
It's an extra virgin olive oil made of 100 % selected Moraiolo olives, manually harvested from our secular trees in October. The rich content of polyphenols of this cultivar is passed to the oil thanks to an attentive refrigeration process, within 12 hours from the harvest, by the way getting a medium green fruity, with an unique freshness. The Spicy and bitter aftertaste, typical of Moraiolo cultivar, distinguish it from the other types of extra virgin olive oil.
To the nose it is expressed wide and decisive characterized by herbaceous aromas, vegetal notes of cardoon, almond and balsamic scents.
