Umbrian extra virgin olive oil New "Primolio" olive oil is the solution for lovers of Umbrian new oil.
The harvest that takes place by hand, begins the last days of September, the harvested olives are milled within 12 hours and is immediately bottled without being filtered to have an integral oil.
This new oil appears deep green, almost like an olive juice.
As per the Umbrian tradition, the new oil is firm, fruity with intense bitter and spicy notes, a typical characteristic of the high content of polyphenols, anti-tumor and anti-cholesterol par excellence.
Ideal for seasoning bruschetta and vegetable soups.
